Frustrating suspended account

Hello, I have my business account suspended for two months now. At first, it was trying to send me a code via phone calls that I never received. Then, nothing more. A good sign I thought, but at login, I couldn’t click on any tweet and a “suspended account” message pops up.
I followed directions and received an email from support giving me instructions but even those didn’t work, since I am not receiving any codes and there is no way to have one sent to me.
